At Tatt Lab, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your new fashion piece isn't the perfect fit, you can return or exchange it within 30 days of delivery provided it is in original, unworn condition with tags attached.
Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.
Print Your Label
Once approved, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely package your items in their original mailer.
Drop Off Package
Hand your package to the designated courier or drop it off at any authorized shipping location within 7 days of receiving your label.
Receive Refund or Exchange
After our laboratory team inspects the returned items, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship out your new exchange size within 5 business days.
